Cloud IVS
- Cybercloud’s Cloud Intelligent Video Surveillance (Cloud IVS) solution, provisions two critical surveillance requirements for our customers; Intelligence and Storage space for camera feeds
- The solution allows for the safe offloading of camera video feeds from on-premise to Cybercloud using powerful bandwidth optimization and data compression techniques, while retaining the imbedded signatures within the video stream

Backup & Recovery

Metering Services
As a VMware Cloud Service Partner, Cybercloud is authorized to provide subscription-based licensing to VMware customers. This is achieved by connecting the Cybercloud-hosted vCloud Usage Meter to the customer’s environment; allowing customers to pay for license as their infrastructure resources is utilized.
DR-AS-A-SERVICE
- Recover or Fail-over to your CyberCloud environment in the event of a failure on your primary service or data center.
- This offering from CyberCloud provides both service availability and business continuity to our customers an ensures that their own line of business applications do not suffer prolonged disruptions.

Managed Services
Clients with provisioned infrastructure on Cybercloud may request for the expertise of our consultants for the administration and management of their purchased cloud service.
- Designed to help organizations who do not have the immediate skills required to administer and manage their purchased infrastructure.
- CyberCloud will handhold their personnel and manage cloud infrastructure for a stipulated period of time before handing over to the customer.
- The program will run for a maximum of three (3) months and can be adjusted to meet customer requirement at a fee
This is for SDDC customers with no expertise to administer and manage their purchased infrastructure or who want to outsource this responsibility to enable them focus on their core business.
Platform-As-A-Service (PaaS)
With this single selection, the customer does not need further border about the underlying services.
